A few random ramblings...(only 2 actually!)

That was gawd-awful.
I know I shouldn't ramble about sports especially football but that was a-w-f-u-l.
I don't know what the hell happened with Arsenal this season. It is as if the club is practically falling apart!
4 all draw with Spuds, 5 losses, Gallas stripped of captaincy; shambles I tell you!
Frankly quite ashamed to call myself a fan of that club!
But I think, every great club encounters these problems at least once in their glorious years and unfortunately, this year it's Arsenal FC.
I don't want to jump ship just because of a few bad (serious!) problem.
Arsene can do it. Who else can? In Arsene we trust.
Fans are the soul of the team. Repay their loyalty! I'm your fan!

New captain. New spirit. New revolution! In Cesc we trust!

Practical training coming to an end, eh?
28 November the last day.
Not me though.
When my brother passed away 3 months ago, I had to take 2 weeks leave to help settle funeral matters and take care of my mom.
So, due to my strong sense of responsibility (heh!) I decided to extend my practical training for a further 2 weeks!
I thought it was necessary/compulsory at that time, but then I received news that I don't have to do that.
Still, I decided it was for the best and I felt responsible to the company for my long absence. I would like to repay them for their kind treatment and their willingness to give me heavy tasks, not just small, menial ones and the responsibility of handling a few companies (even though they're small, but still...)
I think I would like to work there again after I graduate since I've grown quite fond of them and it is very near to my house. Who knows?

Graduation day...

Today, Saturday 22nd of November should have been my brother's graduation day.

After two years of studying and flying, finally he was about to graduate.
We should've been in Langkawi now for his graduation day.
No wonder my father looked glum so early in the morning. I didn't think he ate breakfast as well.
Nothing hurts a father more than seeing his children not realizing their dreams.
I know you're reading this ayah. You still have another 3 children. We'll make you happy. I promise. We promise.
This is just another solemn rambling.

Kehadiran anda amat dihargai.

Tempat : Rumah saya
Tarikh : 29 /11/2008 hari Sabtu
Waktu : Tahlil bermula selepas Maghrib

Cepat sekali masa berlalu.

Terima kasih.

I'm an athlete!; Dublin...

I never thought I'd get the chance to exercise so much while doing my practical! This is like 4 times the amount of exercise that I get while studying!
Ok, here's my one week daily schedule :

Monday - 530 to 730 Badminton with office mates
Thursday - 900 to 1100 futsal with office mates as well
Saturday night - Futsal with the boys
Sunday evening - Badminton with the boys.

Absolutely exhausting! But absolutely healthy!
Before practical, we only did 2 hours of futsal per week.
But now, 4 hours of badminton, and 4 hours of futsal.
Bersenamlah untuk kesihatan!

About the Dublin trip; I have made up my mind.
I think i need the trip. Too many things have happened to me these past months that I need to forget. I've exhausted my body and soul. So I need to freshen things up before the new semester starts. I'm going on the 12th December, Friday. Exactly the last day I finished my practical training. The flight is not yet confirmed, but maybe at 2330 hours. I'll go to London first before I change flight to Dublin. I feel more at ease at London since I have an uncle who lives there. So, should an emergency arise, I'd know who to call. My flight back home should be on the 22nd. Again I'll stop at London first. Rest at my uncle's house; have a nice chat (we haven't met for more than a decade, I think...) before continuing my journey back home.
I'm sure the trip would be very pleasant and worthwhile.
I remembered me and my brother once made a pact the first trip we'd go together would be to Japan once he becomes a full-fledged pilot. I guess that pact will never materialise...
This should do.

Should I, or should i not?

I went to visit my brother's grave this morning, and when I was reciting the Yaasin for him, something went into my mind.
Some of you guys knew of my plans of going to Dublin for a 1 week holiday this December.
I was dead-set on going and even told Muaz to make plans for me when I get there and I borrowed Afro's winter jacket.
Now I'm in 2 minds at the moment.

I thought; how about I use the RM 3k that I budgeted for the trip on something else?
1) RM 1k++ to repair my brother's cracked laptop monitor.
2) RM 1.6k++ to buy a PS3 and a few games for me and my sister (end-of-semester holiday...)
3) the balance for UiTM fees??
Now it seems logical right?? But the trip is somehow a once in-a-lifetime opportunity for me though.
When I start work, maybe all of my overseas friends would have returned to Malaysia, thus eliminating my dreams of going there with the least money spent EVER!

What are your views on this? My comment box is now a discussion thread. Haha!
