So...
First things first, the award given to me by MysteriousLady i've kept on hold for so long.
RULES:
1. put this badge on your awesome blog.
2. award this badge to 10 bloggers whom you think are inspirational and friendly.
3. make sure you put the 'receipents' name here, along with their links.
4. let the know about this.
Ummmm...10 bloggers?? Syarul, u gave most of them to the one I wanted to give. Limited list then. huhu. So, i'll give this to people who didn't get it.
1. Oyen - Havoc gitu, mak! her blog is her baby and so mak treats it well. hehe. amik, mak! haha
2. wanted to give to my sweetheart, but she beat me to it. deng!
3. unfortunately, no idea. I don't have too many friends. U'oh!
++++++++++++++
The reason i kept it in the first place was because I was busy with intersession. Busy, huh? Another familiar story with the financial accounting. Lucky for me, I didn't have any plans until next year so I don't mind. hehe. But the downside and disappointing thing is, I won't be able to graduate with the guys this November. I can't be optimistic here, because I really couldn't do it. Anyways, forget about the the past. Let's look to the future.
As I've said, i don't have any plans for the year. I don't know what to do in September. Why September? In August, I'll be going for my 2nd umrah. So, if i were to work, i would have to apply for a whole week leave. Might as well start in September. The thing is, i don't know what kind of jobs to apply for. I don't have any experience working part time before, my practical at Yeng & Co being my first working experience.
I'm looking for a job to keep me busy for at least 3 months because i plan to continue my professional studies in January. My previous company won't accept me working for such short period of time. I don't think i'll work at any fast food joints 'cause I don't think it's worth it. What's an accounting degree student doing in a fast food joint?! I'm thinking along the lines of an accountant but the problem is the short period.
I'll think about it later. Now is the time for me to recuperate and forget about accounting for at least 6 months. Accounting leaves me scarred! Maybe i'll just keep Syahidatul company. Teehee!
p.s. honey, i kept my promise! hehe

Passion. Passssssiooooooooooooon!
Touching a bit on my previous post, yeah I know ACCA is the most popular professional program out there for accountants, but what is the purpose of me wasting thousands of my money learning and doing things that I do not like?
I asked John, why is it that I struggle so much yet achieve so little these past 4 1/2 years in UiTM. He said, "You have to like what you are doing, in other words, PASSION".
Now, passion is one thing that I do not have for this subject. The reason I took it in the first place is because:
1. UiTM came to me 1st offering me loan to study
2. My dad said that after degree I can do whatever I want to do (at that time, I wanted to become a pilot. Fate is cruel...)
I do not like the complexity and the absurdity (heh...) of accounting, so I decided NOT to continue studying it after this. Instead I will do something that I am comfortable at, such as Management. At least the answers are endless and there is never a correct answer. I like that.
I just watched Syurga Cinta. I am currently very tired to tell you the synopsis, so Google it out. A Malay man who has no Islamic knowledge falling in love with a very pious woman. The script is horrible and too goody-goody. Cliche, and very text book. Not natural. Simply, the movie SUCKED! Do not watch it. Horrible. I do not know why it is so hard for Malay film makers to make a good movie. Slumdog Millionaire did not cost a bomb, yet they blew everyone away. GOOD SCRIPT! You can hire unknown actors and the movie would still sell with a great script. PASSION! Come on Ahmad Idham, you can do better that this! Where is your pride as a Director? JPB is fantastic. This, and Impak Maksima just blows. I like good movies. That is why I love Hollywood. Most of them are good. Do not blame me for not supporting the country's film industry; blame the Directors.

I forgot why I became such a pessimists as I am today. Why I am so unmotivated, always demoralised, feeling stooopid all the time.

p.s. Syarul, I'll put up the award after I deal with this SOAB. Thank you.
Yours politely,
Ash.

J-Rock
Definitely one of my favourite branch of rock music.
Full of fangirls (they are composed of handsome people), but they play good music!
I like them the most :
L'arc~en~ciel (or Laruku) The Rainbow in French.
My favourite Mucc's songs are: Zetsubou (means despair in English, see??), Libra, Ryuusei
Laruku: Link, Ready Steady Go, Daybreak's Bell, Spirits Dream Inside
Thanks to my late brother who exposed me to these bands, thanks to Afro for reminding me how great they are and introducing me to Mucc.
I'll put their songs in my music player later after my Risk exam.

Mucc on the other hand, play kinda dark, deep, depressing songs. Strange why I said that eventhough I don't know a thing about what they are singing.
They are alike in a sense that they have fantastic Bass guitar play. Yeah, I am a sucker for bass guitars...

Opportunity cost
I had a great time in Dublin and London. It filled my once bleeding and empty heart with joy and wonderful memories. But, I went there alone. Yes, I had wonderful friends there but the fact is I went there alone. While I was there, my friends in Shah Alam went on a trip to Langkawi. Based on the pictures taken by Aizat and Harun, I'm sure they had an amazingly wonderful time. Well, I had other plans at that time, so it couldn't be helped.
But this time though, it's different. They planned another trip and the destination is Pulau Perhentian. I don't think I've been there before but I'm sure the place is stunningly beautiful. I have the chance to go with them but unfortunately, the UK trip exhausted me off my savings. I never had any financial difficulties before because I always have some money I put aside just for this kind of scenario. The trip I took last year however, forced me to use those money. And now I'm broke.
I'm not in a desperate situation, but I need a lot of money. Now I even have to think TWICE whether or not to play futsal. I have the intersession coming up, so I still have to use money to pay for the rent and food. The budget for the trip is estimated at RM 300. If I decide to join, my budget will be RM 700 - RM 300 = RM 400 for the whole month of May. That's a suicidal.
This is the last semester for them and after this some of us will not see each other again. The trip is basically our last chance of having fun together but I can't join them. It pains my heart so much but that's the opportunity cost I have to endure. I have to face the fact that the decison I made last year forced me to take this painful decision.
My decision to go on a trip to UK cost me the Langkawi trip and possibly the Pulau Perhentian trip as well. To my friends, I'm truly sorry I cannot join you guys. We might never see each other again, but believe me, you guys will forever be in my heart.

Sorry for the no-show blog
Unfortunately I have been hit by the writer's block.
That explains the 'No Update' for weeks already.
I do have things I would like to randomly ramble, but unfortunately the moment I touch the keyboard, everything evaporates.

So, don't blame me. Blame the QWERTY!
Bad keyboard! Baaaaaaaaaad!
--------------------------------------------------------------
Just realized that Estranged is actually awesome. No, really!
I thought they are just like normal Malaysian rockers who sings love songs aaaaaaaaaall the time. No they don't!
Went and saw them perform at Sunburst. Their performance was awesome!
They actually sing REAL rock songs! So catchy. So jump-able. Kinda like Metal. haha
The girls love Andy, the drummer. I liked their bassist. Very sempoi! You can see that he actually enjoys playing his bass guitar.
They were very energetic as well at our Pre-Graduation dinner. Fantastic showmanship.
Bravo Estranged!
--------------------------------------------------------------
To those who don't wear their seatbelts, front or back, here's a video for you. Taken from Metacafe. Watch 'till the end and LEARN!
Accident - Watch more amazing videos here
3 people in the car wore seatbelt. 1 selfishly didn't. During the crash, the one who didn't wear the seatbelt killed all 3 of his friends who did.
You don't want to wear your seatbelt? Fine. But only when you drive alone. Because you wouldn't be able to hurt others, only yourself.
If you're in my car, you wear them. I INSIST!
